LIBRARY

The Institute Library is well equipped and well stocked with textbooks of all the subjects required for the course and reference books on various topics. In addition, magazines, dailies and trade journals are subscribed to inculcate reading habit in students. Various skill oriented audio - visual training cassettes relating to the operational aspects of a hotel and also general topics are provided to the students for developing the overall interest. Internet facility is provided for the students to keep abreast with the latest in the world.

SPECIALISATION

Students are given opportunities to excel in their areas of interest pertaining core subjects in Hospitality

CLUBS

Students can opt to be members of the following clubs according to their interest and aptitude:

• Editorial club to publish the in house magazine.
• Music and Dramatics Club
• Gastronomy Club

HOSTEL

Hostel accommodation is provided in separately for boys and girls, within the campus.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

(a) Excellent facilities for outdoor, indoor games and gymnasium are available.
(b) The AIHM & CT campus is self-contained with respect to facilities and amenities provided such as “Shopping Complex”, which has a CSD canteen, stationery shop and phone booth.

MEDICAL CARE

Adequate medical facilities are are provided to the students as per needs. Students should be in possession of dependent certificate vide AO 120/80.

DEVELOPMENT OF SOFT SKILLS

Special emphasis is given to build personality, communication skills, public speaking. The students graduating will be well in a position to face the challenges of the modern corporate world.
