Project report - 01 On operational aspects of the star Hotels.

On-the-job training is an essential component to provide practical exposure in hotel operations which is monitored by the Institute. This is mandatory in the sixth semester of the course where the student spends a full term in the hotel. During this period, the student undergoes training in the 4 major core areas of the hotel operation and on successful completion of the training compiles a project on which he is assessed by a panel of examiners nominated by Bangalore University, at the end of the semester.
